Refund & Cancellation Policy

Comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy – Service

Refund requests will be considered only if submitted within 1 hour of payment. No refund requests will be entertained after 1 hour from the time of payment.

Refunds will not be processed if the data provided by the customer is incorrect. However, if changes are requested within 1 hour of ordering the report, they will be considered.

Once the report is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

All eligible refunds will be processed within seven business days from the date of request receipt. Processing time may vary depending on the bank/payment gateway.

In case of double payment for a single order, one payment will be refunded.

Refunds will be made after deducting transaction charges levied by the bank/payment gateway or any other charges incurred during the processing and delivery of the service.

Comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy – Product

All printable products, including Horoscope, Year Book, Trikal Samhita, and Janam Patri, are non-returnable.

If a product is received in damaged, defective, or broken condition, the customer may apply for a replacement within two working days of delivery. No refund requests will be entertained after this period.

Products must be returned in their original condition, including any bills and labels. Customers must register a dispute by sending images of the damaged, defective, or broken products within two days of delivery. Disputes raised after this period may not be entertained.

In case of double payment for a single order, one payment will be refunded.
